returns and refunds
Customer satisfaction is very important to Roches. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange eligible products.
Before Making a Return
- Returns and refunds must be received within 28 days from original date of shipping.
- Items that have been damaged or altered from their original factory condition are not eligible.
- Items without original tags are not eligible.
- Custom made products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Products must be returned in original packaging – where applicable.
- When trying on swimwear, please try on over your underwear.
- For hygiene reasons, skincare and lingerie briefs are not eligible for refund or return.
- Roches cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit.
- Postage costs on returns are at the customer’s expense.
Making a Return
Complete the returns form enclosed with your order. If you have misplaced your returns form please download a copy here.

Please return the goods undamaged with original tags and packaging, in line with the points noted in the “before making a return” section.
Upon receipt and assuming the goods are eligible for a return or refund, Roches will refund you to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method and within 28 days upon receipt of your returned item. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 1-5 working days to reappear in your banking app, after we initiate the refund.
