Standard Shipping (Shipping Z1)
All Roches parcels are delivered via An Post at a standard fee of €5.95 per parcel. Free shipping is available on orders of €99 or more.
- Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout, after inputting your desired shipping destination.
- From the day your parcel is dispatched, An Post should deliver it within 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays). Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.
- If you are out when your parcel arrives, the An Post representative will leave a card noting where you can collect your parcel. This is usually your local Post Office or An Post Depot.
- We do not offer an express or same day delivery option.

packaging
Here at Roches, we understand that your purchases are personal and discreet. Therefore, our packaging is not branded and has no mention of Roches Wigs & Breast Care. The only reference is a very small return sticker for the rare occasion where delivery cannot be made, this sticker simply notes “Sender: Roches, D6W RD30”.
Depending on postal requirements, a customs declaration sticker may be required. On such occasions we would need to state the product type, for example: “wig”, “prosthesis”, etc.

- If the item you’ve ordered is not in stock, we’ll order it immediately and notify you of the expected delivery timeline.

We manage our inventory by holding stock of the most popular styles, colours & sizes. Our stock levels are not reflected on our website so although you can purchase an item it does not necessarily mean it is ready for shipping. We order twice per week from our suppliers to minimise processing times.
